- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm

- Transport provided dual ways:
- Bishan - 7.05am
- Serangoon - 7.10 am
- Choa Chu Kang - 7.30am
- Jurong East - 7.45am
- Manage the mailbox and prioritize urgent email/ fax requests.
- Issue of DOs / Cash invoice in a timely manner.
- Check for outstanding or pending enquiries and follow up on third party vendor products.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
- Check and acknowledge for PO accuracy \xe2\x80\x93 price, stock availability/terms/shipping terms.
- Attending to phone queries, emails and messages.
- Be a subject matter expert of all queries and quotation of class A key customers and efficiently manage other team member key customer queries to allow seamless coverage.
- Track sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis and ensure that the KPI guidelines are attained or exceeded.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as logistics and procurement team to check on stock availability and delivery status.
- Follow up those overdue accounts when given debtor\xe2\x80\x99s report
- Minimum Diploma/ITE/GCE O levels.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and passion in learning.
- Adaptable, lots of initiative and willingness to undertake challenges.
