Location: Joo Chiat
Sales Coordinator
Working Location: Pandan Road (Nearest MRT: Clementi, company provide one way transport)
Job Responsibility:
- Respond enquiry customer emails timely and to liaise with corporate / retail customers to ensure sales performance
- Development and compliance to Customer Service Excellence Standards, Standard Operations Procedures and instruction materials
- Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with production, pricing, sales and distribution of products.
- Sales management via online portals and sales channels.
- Order processing and assist customers with self-collection and requests
- Development of Promotional Marketing and Communication Materials to deepen existing account relationships
- Preparing quotations and Sorting invoices for payments
- Increasing the Company\'s market share in the relevant industry sector
- Increasing the Company\'s sales revenue in line with the company\'s goals.

- Good in MS office
