Job Description


We're looking for a Sales Lead / Business Development Lead for Sheridan & Airfree. The monthly remuneration for this role includes basic, variable commission, mobile + transport allowances.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Grow existing business and source for new business/channels opportunites.
  • Assist in providing management with updated and accurate information of general market trends on activities of competitors in the industry, for decision making and business development.
  • Track sales results and assist in implementing necessary actions to achieve sales objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain good relationships with principals, suppliers and retailers.
  • Coordinate various tasks externally & internally to facilitate establishment of new business accounts.
  • Work closely with back-end merchandizing and order processing team to coordinate and provide good after-sales service.
  • Any ad-hoc business unit related matters.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent or Higher Nitec.
  • Highly motivated, enterpreneur spirit and sales driven.
  • Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
  • Data analytical driven.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Prior work experience in the Retail and/or Hospitality industry will be advantageous.
