Our client is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education. They are pioneers in their speciality and every year, develop over a thousand innovative and specialised surgical products. Their mission is simple; to better the lives of the millions of patients using their products worldwide.They are looking for a dedicated and committed Sales Lead to partner with them in their growing business. In this dynamic role which would require you to work after office hours and on weekends, you will be tasked with maximizing the revenue growth of your assigned products and services.   • Creates and delivers a plan to achieve objectives through sales and services all accounts in assigned territory.
  • Maintains and builds customer base to achieve growth.
  • Negotiates and manage product pricing (quotation and contract).
  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Assist with stock checks, stock counts and review records of the instruments and implants consigned at the hospitals and/or clinics. You will promptly inform Finance & Operations of any discrepancies or whether the records are accurate. The minimum requirement is to conduct the above activities at least one location on monthly basis.
  • Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products to address them.
  • Builds positive relationships that generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develops and maintains sales forecast and submits to management.
  • Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
  • Provides regular updates on sales, competitors, market and industry trends to Country Manager.
  • Teaches and provides in-service to customers on current surgical techniques using Company instruments and consumables.
  • Provide clinical support and guidance if required.
  • Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the Company's product lines, updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques, etc.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate is Degree qualified with 3 years of relevant working experience in the Healthcare industry. Holding a nursing license would be highly valued. You have a good understanding of anatomy and pathophysiology and are a proactive problem solver. You possess effective project management skills and are able to work under pressure. You have good English communication skills - both verbal and written, with a proven ability to negotiate and problem solve independently whilst being an excellent team player. You are highly customer oriented and are able to work after office hours and on weekends when needed.
