Job Description
Responsiblities
- Offer the needs assessments with personalized and emotional engagement through product/service presentation
- Deliver embracing customer consultation with the brand tailored sales process with great focus in explaining and guiding on the vehicle configuration, financial consultation, purchase journey
- Behave as subject matter expert for the brand, history, products, services and technologies while collaborating with other job roles to achieve company sales and satisfaction targets
- Optimize the sales funnel and consistently update all customer data in the CRM to
- At least 1-3 years of working experience preferably in the Automotive/ Luxury Retail / Tech Sales/ Hospitality and Aviation Service
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, customer oriented with passion and motivation for sales
- Goals oriented and flexible to change
- Proficient in MS office and ability to learn other systems for daily operations
- Required to perform shift work including weekdays evening and weekends (including PH)
