Job Description

:

• Report to the head of sales and assist with sales processes and meetings.
• Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics
• Define sales objectives and drive the team to achieve targets
• Discover and liaise with potential clients, communicate with leads and clients on a regular basis
• Coordinate client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth
• Monitor regulations locally and overseas to ensure compliance for all medical sales
• Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms
• Consistently engage and build trustworthy professional relationships with existing, new and potential clients.
• Present product information and deliver product samples
• Generate and qualify new leads using different approaches to penetrate prospective accounts
• Build a high performing sales team to execute end to end sales
• Ensure a robust after-sales process to deliver strong customer engagement

• University degree or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent ability to build and maintain good customer relationships
• Result-oriented and goal-driven
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent teamwork and networking skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
