Job Description


1. Role Description:

This position plans directs and coordinates sales operations in an organisation. He/she analyses data builds sales plans and sets sales targets and goals. He/she leads the development of sales strategies expands sales channels and network. He/she may drive client relationships by managing sales related customer service.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

1.Trainee will be able to establish sales goals and objectives for the sales team according to their performance, past track records and market performance. Trainee will be able to develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge training. 2.Trainee will be able to communicate and provide customers with great service and ensuring that a helpful and positive rapport is built based on trust. Trainee will be able to understand the needs of the customer and ensure that customers are in the loop and well aware of the development and progress of the service provided by the company. 3.Trainee will be able to know the company's products and services in depth, so as to ensure that clients will be able to be advised competently and when client has any queries the trainee will be able to answer them without having to constantly reference or check up on the details which will improve the client's trust in the company's competency. 4.Trainee would be able to provide customers with guidance and creative solutions to solve customers needs as they arise. This will help Trainee quickly identify a certain problem or situation and then finding the best way to handle the problem and get the best solution. 5.Trainee will be able to provide a strategic direction for the company by developing and implementing sales strategies. Trainee will be able to forecast the success and the risks of the strategies and come up with backup plans on possible risk occurance. 6.Trainee will be able to initiate and collaborate with other management team members to plan and develop key programs and policies for the company and engage in key decision-making to achieve growth and financial sustainability for the company.
