This Role involves: Coordinate deliverables to clients such as arranging for trainer, trainer's materials, client's feedbacks. Corporate related projects Preparation of logistics for events and training sessions. Preparation of materials such as Slides and Workbooks. Creation of proposals for clients. Work closely with the Manager in charge or CEO for the duties as assigned Visit training sites to assess the delivery of the training Timetable and Manpower planning for training schedules Help with daily time management Run errands as requested Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Our ideal Sales Operations Executive / Sales Admin : Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong cross team collaboration skills Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask Ability to start effective immediately would be preferable. Prior SME experience would be highly advantageous. Experience in MS office and PowerPoint would be preferable Is independent and resourceful, with an energetic go-getter mindset and willing to learn. Working days : Monday to Friday (9AM - 6PM) Location : Jurong East (JCUBE) Entry level candidates are also welcome, as training will be provided.
