1. Data consolidation and analytics such as TPM Tracker, LP subsidy claim.
2. Assist with daily/weekly/monthly reporting such as daily rates, monthly EBV report.
3. Reconciliation especially for settlement and overdue monitoring.
4. Assist with debtor/spoke onboarding process such as form filling, limit application to insurer and ensuring smooth onboarding process.
5. Assist with business implementation and maintenance related tasks.
6. Assist with annual review process such as reviewing debtor\xe2\x80\x99s limit requirements and obtaining debtor\xe2\x80\x99s RM consent.
7. Identify and interpret trends and patterns using data for digitalization opportunity and automation to achieve better efficiency, create capacity and risk mitigation.
8. Contribute to the preparation of visualizations and the presentation of clear, concise, and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
9. Assist with RMA setup.

Requirement :

1. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
2. Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Good organization skill and task orientated. Ability to organize, prioritize and execute.
4. Meticulous with attention to details.
5. Good understanding on banking operations and processes.
