This thriving multinational is seeking a SEA Talent Acquisition Team Lead to support and enable the organisation to achieve their growth strategy in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The main priority of this position is to partner with the organisation to drive best in class enterprise-wide talent acquisition management strategies/processes.

As a People Manager, you will lead your team to partner with the business to drive best in class enterprise-wide talent acquisition management strategies across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

  • Deliver strong Talent Acquisition support to the business by gaining an understanding of their current and future resourcing needs.
  • Apply your working knowledge of the Singapore and SEA labour market including a strong understanding of permanent and contingent resourcing methodologies.
  • The ability to tailor TA solutions for project (volume), niche and or senior assignments.
  • Enjoy working within a team who are passionate about all things Talent - attraction, retention, recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Providing key insights and data relating to Talent Acquisition trends, hiring data and any related market insights across South-East Asia region.
  • Proactively build your talent network across Singapore and SEA within the Energy, Renewables, Resources and Sustainability sectors.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Experience recruiting in Singapore and SEA with a strong working knowledge of market trends and hiring practices in the local market.
  • An enthusiasm for problem solving and partnering with people to find solutions for TA challenges.
What will make you stand out:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist working in established multinationals
  • The ability to work closely with the businesses and multiple stakeholders
  • A team player who works effectively with others to identify and resolve issues, shares information and keeps team members and management informed
  • Must be able to perform independently and with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience using creative and innovative sourcing techniques to identify talent in candidate short and challenging functions
