Coordinating and managing financial consolidation for the Hong Kong subsidiaries in the P&C APAC (excluding China)
Maintain full sets of accounting and related financial accounting duties for Hong Kongs entity:
Handle day to day finance function, including AP processing and including payroll journals.
Carry out bank reconciliation, receipt posting for daily AR management.
Prepare monthly payroll journals and any accruals journals and timely reconciliation of all balance sheet schedules in blacklines.
Inventory and Fixed Asset management for the Hong Kong entity, with expansion plans for Japan and India.
Collaborate with HR partners on HK payroll related matters of the subsidiaries for P&C APAC (excluding China)
Process on monthly cross recharges within the subsidiaries
Computing on quarterly sales incentives pay out
Check and process Report expenses in accordance with policy.

Manage relationship with Auditors, Bankers, and Tax Authorities and responsible for statutory financial audits for P&C APAC (excluding China) for Singapore, Hong Kong & Australia entities.
Lead annual audit process and liaise with external & Internal auditors for any queries.
