Location: Lavender, Upper Thomson, Joo ChiatWorking hours: 5 days work week44 hours 44 hours 10am-9pm (2 hr break in between)Salary$ 2500 - $ 3000Job Scope Run and operate all matters with regards to the coffee and beverage bar Create recipes, creative beverage menu programme and work them into systems for the rest of team to execute Work out budgeting and costing for beverages, Source and manage suppliers Manage and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with operations standards and procedures Review and plan work schedules to achieve high labor productivity & maintaining efficient labor strength Ensure customers' needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service as well as resolving any potential service failure. Drive operational efficiencies of the restaurant by providing operational leadership in support of the organization's service culture and maximize customer satisfaction Work with the operation manager to recruit, assemble and hire a beverage team who can carry out the operations work properly Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and ensure teamwork Support the FOH house during service, prep and closing (basically not just be a barista) Able to manage beverage teams and menus across different outlets and conceptsRequirements Min 5 years of relevant coffee and beverage industry experience Customer-oriented with a high desire for service quality Strong interests in the coffee scene and up to date with new beverage trends Able to train other team members to replicate the recipes Strong interests in the coffee scene and up to date with new beverage trends Able to multi tasks and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
