PT dHost Telekomunikasi Nusantara (dHost), a Singapore invested company, is a leading next generation neutral host provider for indoor cellular telecommunications and triple-play services.

Neutral Host for indoor cellular is a business preposition to invest, design, build, operate and lease for the Mobile Network Operators (MNO).

PT dHost was incorporated in 2017. We set off in rapid acquisitions on the indoor DAS projects and now owns a broad portfolio of DAS across many buildings including shopping malls, universities, hospitals, offices and residential apartments.

PT dHost is setting new standard in delivering indoor neutral hosting, both cellular and internet data services, by deploying proven and future proof technology that have been successfully implemented from across the world. As the wired and wireless network is converging, PT dHost is paving the future roadmap in offering a unified high-available network for a building.

Key accountabilities

• Designing in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) using iBwave software.
• Assist in Design Review sessions with operator to validate DAS design using IBwave.
• Generating Technical Support reports and presentations.
• DAS troubleshooting and formulate recommendations for performance improvement of existing systems.
• Onsite analysis and commissioning using portable test equipment (PIM Tester, VSWR Tester).
• Assist in producing technical materials (spec sheets, user manuals, quick-start guides, troubleshooting guides).
• Design GPON and WIFI system using iBwave software.
• Assist in Design Review Meeting with customer to approve GPON or WIfi design using IBwave.
• Working with field engineers in troubleshooting and repair of DAS, GPON or Wifi System.

• Degree in Engineering or Information Technology with 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience
• Experience in in-building wireless industry (carrier experience or experience with DAS or turnkey integrators highly preferred)
• Experience with DAS active and passive system.
• Experience with GPON and Wifi System.
• Experience using iBwave in-building RF design software and minimal have level 2 ibwave licence.
• Solid knowledge of wireless technologies (GSM/WCDMA/UMTS/HSPA/CDMA/LTE) and frequency bands
