What the role is:You are responsible for ensuring effective manpower and general administration in aspects of human resource, logistics and other specific functions, as well as managing the knowledge assets for the unit.What you will be working on:On this, you maintain a systematic process in the managing, tracking, updating and retrieval of documents and office equipment. In addition, you provide support to the unit to ensure that both manpower and administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.What we are looking for:You must have a Diploma, with at least 5 years\' working experience in registry, human resource, administrative or finance field. You should also be resourceful, meticulous with good communications and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should be able to work independently and be proficient in Microsoft Office application.
