Roles & Responsibilities OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY The Enabling Academy division is responsible for implementing training programmes for stakeholders, including and not limited to persons with disabilities, employers, and sector professionals. You will administer training funds and take care of the operation to ensure that the training courses can be conducted smoothly. You will also be required to prepare reports required to the relevant agencies that support SG Enable.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer training grants call to invite proposals for the training programme for the person with disabilities
  • To engage stakeholders during the training grant call to ensure complete submission of the proposal
  • Ensure the smooth running of the operation, including data entry in the claims process system for the smooth reimbursement of funds to the stakeholders
  • Liaise with stakeholders on all matters to ensure trainees’ successful launch and completion of training courses
  • Preparation of statistical reports for management reporting, including proposals and presentations comprising value proposition and projected budgets as required
  • Work across divisions and with vendors to execute outreach and marketing initiatives, as well as organize outreach events
  • To work closely with relevant stakeholders and form strategic partnerships related to enhancing employability for persons with disabilities, and participate in division-wide strategic reviews on how to improve the programmes
  • Conduct research and administer training programmes to address the gaps and opportunities involving persons with disabilities, employers, and disability sector professionals
  • Provide secretarial support for corporate planning matters such as management meetings and annual work plan discussions
  • Undertake other roles and responsibilities as well as take up special/Adhoc projects as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in either training, grant administration, or similar industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances, and resourceful in problem-solving
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
