Senior/ Executive, Facilities Management & Development

Job Description
You will provide support in facilities management & development, specifically in the area of operations and maintenance of M&E systems, Fire Safety including raising Purchase Order, preparing budget projection and management of funding/MOHH R&R.
You are also required to monitor/upkeep maintenance contract documentation/records and statutory submission/approval, and assist in various licensing process and MOH inspection/audit.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / related fields or equivalent; OR Diploma in Facilities Management, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering at least 8 years’ work experience and demonstrated competencies in maintenance and managing of contractors (in projects and building maintenance)
- A Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM), Senior FSM is an advantage
- Relevant work experience in healthcare setting is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in mechanical systems such as ACMV, Fire Protection, Medical Gas, plus experience in AutoCAD drafting would be an added advantage
- Mature and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, and good communication skills in both written and verbal
