Senior/ Executive, Facilities Management & Development
Job Description
Responsibilities
You will provide support in facilities management & development, specifically in the area of operations and maintenance of M&E systems, Fire Safety including raising Purchase Order, preparing budget projection and management of funding/MOHH R&R. You are also required to monitor/upkeep maintenance contract documentation/records and statutory submission/approval, and assist in various licensing process and MOH inspection/audit. Requirements: Degree in Engineering / related fields or equivalent; OR Diploma in Facilities Management, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering at least 8 years’ work experience and demonstrated competencies in maintenance and managing of contractors (in projects and building maintenance) A Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM), Senior FSM is an advantage Relevant work experience in healthcare setting is an advantage Strong knowledge in mechanical systems such as ACMV, Fire Protection, Medical Gas, plus experience in AutoCAD drafting would be an added advantage Mature and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, and good communication skills in both written and verbal Apply Now Report Job
