Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in providing a flawless service and ensure dining customers’ dining experience are met
  • Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction are met through feedbacks to ensure high quality, consistent food standards and services
  • Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers
  • Timely maintenance of food products inventory
  • Be present at the front counter and attending to customers complain promptly and professionally
  • Conduct recruitment activities for part-time staff and basic orientation for new hires
  • Provide daily operation roll call and training from time to time
  • Responsible for recording of staff meal and minimizing wastages from time to time
  • Maintain daily cleanliness for all equipment’s and utensils. Ensure cleaning schedule are being carried out on daily basis
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE N level, certificate in Food and Beverage or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in operating an F&B outlet or restaurant at supervisory level
  • Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
  • Physically fit and willing to travel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable with a passion for service
