Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xa7 Provide the Procurement & Outsourcing (P&O) support.

\xc2\xa7 Manage the P&O Guidance, processes, and governance framework effectively.

\xc2\xa7 Support the outsourced arrangements providing specific knowledge pertinent to compliance with P&O Guidance as well as MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing.

\xc2\xa7 Conduct due diligence and manage the outsourcing risk at an enterprise level and ensure the outsourcing arrangements continue to be aligned with P&O Guidance and MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing.

\xc2\xa7 Work independently with stakeholders to ensure that the businesses operate within the framework and with appropriate governance and oversight.

\xc2\xa7 Provide periodic review and attestation to P&O risks and controls.

\xc2\xa7 Operate as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives.

\xc2\xa7 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities.

Requirements

Experience & Attributes

\xc2\xa7 Knowledge on MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing and relevant regulatory and business requirements.

\xc2\xa7 Ability to influence and communicate well with stakeholders from diverse background from senior management to junior colleagues across the Company.

\xc2\xa7 Ability to think critically and work independently, and strong use of personal initiative and organizational skills.

\xc2\xa7 Ability to track and follow-up on status of updates/issues and reports to the relevant Committees.

\xc2\xa7 Manage a portfolio of externally sourced commodities, especially on the outsourcing arrangement.

Education

\xc2\xa7 Academic: Diploma/Degree holder.

\xc2\xa7 Relevant business qualification desirable.
