Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR representatives to deliver project plans and manage the consolidation and submission of relevant reports
  • Collaborate with institutions to execute pipeline programmes including recruitment/ campus fairs and initiated recruitment program
  • Manage monthly internal job posting mailers
  • Partner with internal teams to publish social media content online on monthly basis;
  • Work with Procurement team to support and administer process for vendor appointment and contract renewal
  • Manage recruitment agencies\xe2\x80\x99 proposals evaluation exercise
  • Partner with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) vendor to address and troubleshoot the system process issues
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and/ or recruitment
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning, organising, follow up and project management skills
  • Meticulous and always strive to provide excellent work quality
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work within minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint applications
