This position will be supporting the Treasury team in Mapletree Industrial Trust Management.

Responsible for a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance, as well as preparing treasury cash / loans reports and reconciliation.
Support transactional flows for current projects and new acquisitions including funding requirements, income and capital distributions.
Prepare monthly reports for cash and derivatives position.
Monitor cash and loan schedules to ensure timely rollover/drawdown/repayment/interest settlements.
In charge of opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and other ad-hoc projects.
Ad-hoc support on various treasury process improvements.

Possess a Degree in Accountancy / Corporate Finance / Economics or its equivalent.
Graduates with relevant internship experiences are also welcome to apply
Candidates with prior knowledge in SAP Treasury module will have an advantage.
Meticulous and committed team player with excellent communication skills, has initiative and good work ethics.
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
