DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (Quality Assurance) - Process QA

RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate is responsible for OB New Product pre-launch process and, and he/ she is expected to:

• Conduct pre-qualification assessment for new suppliers and onboarding suppliers to ensure products meet design specifications, comply to Own Brand Quality Management System and Food Safety Management ( ISO9001 and ISO 22000), to work with the supplier to identify control points in processes and access supplier has the capability to deliver safe product and consistent quality
• Manage the NPD stages and process within the target launch time frame and ensure product attributes meet desired expectations, you are also involved in the product sensory to determine the Critical to quality attribute when designing the specification and support and conduct sensory evaluation when required.
• You may lead or assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry,Microbiology or its equivalent.
• Preferably min 4 years relevant QA experience.
• Work in Manufacturing environment and familiar with Food safety audit and process oriented
• Working knowledge of HACCP and/or ISO 22000, GMP will be a distinct advantage.
• Familiar with SFA /HSA,NIP ,Halal requirement will be an advantage
• Familiar and must be comfortable using Spreadsheet and possess data analytics skills
• Meticulous in work and ability to handle data controls and organization
• Ability to work with Google Sheet ,Google Doc, Google powerpoint
• Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
• Must be motivated and results oriented.
• Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
