Job Description
Position Title: Senior Executive
Duration: 1 Oct 2022 to 30 Sept 2023
Working hours: Full Time (42 hours / week) Mon to Fri
Working Location : Pasir Panjang
Job Scope:
This role will support Organisation Development (OD) leads in the following:
- Coordinate research efforts through conducting of surveys and focus group discussions with stakeholders to identify division culture, challenges, gaps and needs
- Administer psychometric testing
- Assist with data collection, data and statistical analysis, and report generation
- Prepare and support OD programs, projects, team building and/or other employee engagement workshops
- Assist with administrative duties (e.g., logistics management, staff meetings, project management, etc)
- MS Office
- Survey tools/platforms
- Statistical software (e.g., SPSS) would be an advantage
- Attention to details
Min qualification: Degree Salary: $4,800 to $7,500 (depending on qualifications & experience)
