* Assist the General Manager to organize end-to-end support for successful event conceptualization & execution, coordination with event partners, vendors, sponsors and participants, Assist the General Manager to organize end-to-end support for successful event conceptualization & execution, coordination with event partners, vendors, sponsors and participants, managing pre- and post-event marketing including design marketing collaterals and crafting eDMs, overseeing all event-related logistics and conducting post-event analysis. Support various workgroups to achieve association's goals. Strengthen and sustain presence across social-media platforms. Support general administration, minutes taking and documentation. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications and Media or its equivalent. At least 2 years working experience in a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. IT background is an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
