Job Description
The successful candidate will need to be a single point of contact for all digital systems with respect to various systems used by pilots and ground staff, on both aircraft and ground infrastructure. He/She will also participate in the planning and implementation of various digital projects for Flight Operations division, that support the business needs and operational goals of the division. Key Responsibilities
- Work with users from various departments to ensure implementation of the Flight Ops Division IT plan.
- Work with Engineering Division for aircraft projects related deployments and support.
- Conduct business process re-engineering and regular audits to support regulatory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
- Coordinate IT activities for the division and liaise with IT Division and Engineering for deployments.
- To be the focal for pilots and ground staff on operational system queries and support.
- Possess a good degree, preferably in IT/Engineering with IT specialisation.
- At least 5 years of experience in business technology or support in an organisation with exposure to operation/business project deployments.
- Experience in managing IT projects will be an advantage.
- Good analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good communication skills.
