Job Description


The Role

This role is suitable for one who is meticulous with a keen eye for details and takes pride in ensuring employee records are maintained accurately. Fresh graduates who are meticulous can apply.

Key accountabilities

  • To organise & schedule HR engagement activities (HR Orientation/ HR Clinics)
  • To do minute taking for all HR engagement sessions (e.g. Staff Townhall, HR Clinics)
  • To manage and track employee\xe2\x80\x99s off-boarding process (such as processing resignations, conducting exit interviews etc.)
  • To manage SG United/SGEnable hiring, interviews & on-boarding
  • To manage Interns hiring, interviews & on-boarding
  • To coordinate and conduct interviews for internal transfer candidates
  • To liaise with the line managers and HR Shared Services team on the administration of staff confirmation
  • To support HR Business Partner in the preparation of presentation slides for the communication/announcement of HR policies/ initiatives (e.g. HR Ops meeting, roll-call slides)
  • To support in any other ad hoc HR projects as assigned (such as Employee Engagement, Staff Appreciation initiatives, Flu Vaccination exercise etc.)
  • To prepare regular and adhoc (when requested) reports for various stakeholders (e.g. attrition listing, new hires listing, leave records, etc)
  • To liaise and advise various stakeholders on the administration of Dependant Pass (DP), Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) and Permanent Resident (PR) applications
  • To manage and track disciplinary cases
  • To support HRBP in the renewal and tracking of departments\xe2\x80\x99 Job Profiles
  • To familiarize with HR policies so as to manage general staff queries
  • Other ad-hoc as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma in any discipline and/or a professional certificate in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Generalist/Operations will be preferred
  • Equipped with Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Meticulous and adaptable
