This role offers applicants the opportunity to work closely with senior management on a broad range of legal matters including investment projects, M&As, JVs, corporate governance, and compliance and to oversee a variety of commercial agreements. Successful applications will possess: . A recognized degree in law and admission to the Singapore Bar. . A minimum of 10PQE gained with a top law firm or in-house. . Strong ability to work autonomously and within multi-functional teams. . The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
