My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead CSA Designer to join our team for regional Data Center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSA design, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Description

• Manage appointed consultants and contractors for CSA design
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to develop CSA Employer\'s Requirements for new projects
• Review detailed project CSA design prepared by appointed vendors against regional and/or group design standards
• Promote sustainable data center design and apply BCA GreenMark/LEED and similar requirements
• Support project risk assessment, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery planning
• Develop personnel within CSA specialization area and review work performed by others
• Support Due Diligence teams in site selection and master planning.
• Support project risk assessment, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery planning.

Profile

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineer/Structural Engineering/Architecture is preferred for this role.
• At least 10 years of experience with design and construction experience in data centres/large industrial/warehouse/commercial developments.
• Preferably has Professional Engineer (C&S) or Qualified Person (Architect) certification
• Possesses functional knowledge of industry standards, environmental codes, building codes, and safety standards, including International Building Code.
• Experience in projects with large scale mechanical and power systems is preferred.
• Relevant experience with projects of at least $200m value.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
• Well-versed in TIA 942 and Uptime Institute.
