Execute the strategic roadmap for CRM and provide significant impact on sales efficiencies
Be the vehicle of ‘change’. Implement the CRM Business Impact changes and manage the Cultural Change, which is expected during implementation of CRM, within the Asia Pacific Sales Organization,
Develop the gold standard in Sales Processes using CRM and implement it across Countries and Businesses
Collaborates with Sales managers and Sales Engineers to implement sustainable CRM Sales processes.
Interact significantly with Sales Engineers and Sales Management Teams in promoting the value of CRM.
Obtain feedback from end users and loop it into the strategy / decision making processes
Be able to deliver on the KPI’s on Sales Efficiencies by implementing CRM
Create CRM Sales Champion teams and enable them to provide localized support for in-country CRM adoption and Utilization
Be part of Customer Segmentation initiative and Delivery of Sales Tools initiative using CRM as a vehicle of choice
Become Subject Matter Expert and develop hands on experience in using CRM to train and formulate CRM Sales champions network across Countries and Businesses
Manage and deliver CRM based KPI’s and run cadence processes periodically
Will be part of the Global Digital Sales organization and ensure that Asia Pacific requirements are adequately represented and prioritized in global digital decision making process
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3+ years of related CRM Experience (as a sales user, preferably with Oracle Sales Cloud)
Knowledge and Experience in developing Digital Sales processes using CRM
Experience with working in a matrixed environment and working by influencing
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and influence
Strong functional knowledge in areas of CRM, Quote & Order, Management of processes will be an added advantage
