We are in search of a Senior Digital Accounts Manager, SEA to be based in Singapore.

Role Summary: The main role is to lead Account Management for the Regional Digital Business team with the objective to maximise the company’s overall digital revenues and expand the digital business across the Southeast Asia region through improved performance and identification of new opportunities.

About this role:

  • Responsible for maximizing our revenues across digital streaming services across the SEA region.
  • Guided by your passion for music, you will develop strategies and tactics to reach and excite music lovers & fans with Universal’s music across our key partners in SEA.
  • You will lead internal discussions along with the regional marketing team to ensure strong alignment is achieved for release strategies, campaign ideas, catalogue initiatives and other creative tactics UMG SEA should pursue.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the digital and marketing teams to deliver on the regional strategy
  • Manage the Digital Partner relationships (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, TikTok and more) for our releases, ensuring optimal information flow, coordinating and executing on content deliverables and all activities relating to maximizing exposure and visibility of such content with digital partners.
  • Liaise and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure campaigns are initiated and created with relevant local adaptations, and properly
  • Pitch releases enthusiastically and effectively to digital partners on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and track results across all partner facing activities, for tracks, campaigns and playlists.
  • Analyse results and trends across the digital space.
  • Regularly communicate on performance so as to provide useful intelligence for decision making and strategy development.
Desirable Traits:
  • Passion and proven knowledge of Music.
  • At least 5-7 years of related experience from music / entertainment / digital / or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with various internal departments as well as external clients.
  • Naturally curious about pop culture and entertainment related technology.
  • Great learning attitude.
  • Analytical mindset and data driven.
  • Up to date on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and new technology.
  • Strong organization skills with keen attention for detail.
  • Natural team player.
  • Ability to manage needs of multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledgeable about the digital music ecosystem, especially digital audio and video streaming services.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills or similar tools.
  • Experience in Google, Facebook, YouTube analytics tools or others if relevant.
  • Aptitude in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
