Execute the strategic roadmap for Digital Customer Experience and provide significant Digital Sales Growth with specific focus on MyEmerson
Collaborates with business stakeholders and IT teams to organize DCX priorities in alignment with the company’s broader strategy
Work closely with Asia Pacific Countries in implementing Digital Solutions, design and enable sustainable work processes
Interact significantly with end customers and end users in promoting the value of Emerson Digital Solutions.
Obtain feedback from end users and loop it into the strategy / decision making processes
Be able to deliver on the KPI’s in processes and generating Sales Growth
Should be a significant influencer in the matrixed BU/Country organization
Become Subject Matter Expert and develop hands on experience in using digital tools to train and formulate DCX champions network across Countries and Businesses
Will be part of the Global DCX organization and ensure that Asia Pacific requirements are adequately represented and prioritized in global digital decision making process
Motivate and lead the cultural change across Asia Pacific region that will be required while implementing Digital Solutions internally
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3+ years of related Business Development Experience in an Industrial setup, and should have managed Sales KPI’s
Should possess strong functional knowledge in strategy development and implementation, business development and managing sales
Knowledge and Experience in developing Digital Sales processes
Experience with working in a matrixed environment and working by influencing
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and influence
Functional experience within at least three of the following areas will be an added advantage: Digital Sales, Digital Customer Experience application, Digital Project Management, Quote & Order management, Digital Installed Base tools, eProcurement / eCommerce
