Dash Living is the leading coliving brand in APAC. We are now looking for a marketing talent to grow Dash Living\'s products. You will be responsible for taking data into insights, deriving solutions, and seeing through all executions into results, across various digital channels. You will report to the Head of Growth.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Leading lead-generation efforts on new and old paid channels
• Leading channel optimization with internal and external parties
• Leading CRM efforts and working with the engineering team on developments
• Working with local leasing heads on A&P efforts
• Driving A/B and MVT testing on digital touchpoints
• Reporting on related marketing metrics and providing insights
• Working with other marketing members to ensure maximized results
• Working on various ad-hoc projects and ongoing experimentations

• 5+ years experience in eCommerce, performance marketing or CRM operations in the travel/hospitality industry or related field
• Versatile in working hands-on as well as being a collaborative team player
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Google Ads Certification (Analytics, Search, Display preferred)
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Data Studio
• Knowledge of HubSpot is a big plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
