Job Summary
We are searching for an experienced leader to shape the photomask and post-fab strategy for GlobalFoundries. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Materials and Indirect Procurement group within Global Supply Chain (GSC). This individual will lead a small team of sourcing professional to manage commercial relationship with photomask and post-fab suppliers. The team will be responsible for working with business unit and operations team to grow the business through competitive offerings.

Essential Responsibilities:

Deliver differentiated value regarding quality, supply, and cost on goods and services procured

Partner with business units and operations team to develop a streamlined process for bidding, and sourcing new business, as well as managing existing operations

Understand business requirements and market dynamics of supply environment

Develop, align, and execute sourcing strategies with functional partnership

Drive improvement to the procurement process for better service level and user-experience

Negotiate prices and contractual terms that maximizes benefit for the business

Manage supplier strategy and supplier relationships at executive level

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years\' professional experience in procurement, consulting, program management and supply chain

Direct experience in pricing and contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, business strategy, contract manufacturing / outsourcing, and continuous process improvement

Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders

Interact with all levels of the organization

Perform in a very fast paced environment

Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate and lead through ambiguity

Travel - Up to 10%
