Job Summary:

• Working location: Central
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 9AM - 6PM
• Salary range: up to SGD 5,000 (dep on exp)

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the publishing of content across its social platforms, collaborating with Marketing and Ecommerce teams for campaign synergy and maximising channel impact.
• Proactively and reactively engage with the audience on social media channels, maintaining the brand\'s tone of voice. Address customer service inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Develop campaign and content briefs, ensuring clear ideation and localization of Public Relation angles and social assets to support marketing campaigns and brand partners.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media stakeholders, working alongside the marketing agency to establish a robust communications network.
• Handle all media inquiries, pitch for coverage, and manage the dissemination of press kits.
• Develop a focused social media strategy to shape the content calendar, emphasizing innovative content execution and integration of new features to expand its reach and engagement on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Meta.
• Ensure timely execution of post-mortem reporting, providing comprehensive performance and analysis for key campaigns and Public Relation events.
• Manage the allocated social media and budget, overseeing invoice processing, and following up on vendor payments.
• Develop marketing strategies in alignment with the regional team, focusing on expanding marketing Members effectively.
• Manage and oversee Public Relation & influencer events, especially the bi-annual House of brand, including venue sourcing, thematic styling, and RSVP management.
• Monitor channel performance with the help of performance tracking tools & agency support, preparing bi-weekly and monthly performance reports and analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experiences from retail/FMCG/beauty industry
