Why Growth Marketing Team Choco Up is looking for an energetic Head for our Growth Marketing team and plays a critical role in scaling Choco Up in Asia. This role comes with a heavy focus on developing and executing robust growth strategies in achieving our goals in user, product and revenue growths. You are expected to contribute significantly to our business goals through growth marketing. Location: Singapore What will you do Responsible for leading a regional B2B growth marketing team to drive scalable and sustainable user acquisition strategies and executions covering HK and SEA markets Develop winning acquisition strategies to scale lead generation for our platform financial products that target small to mid-sized digital merchants Develop and execute full-cycle demand generation strategies for our products and solutions in creating and accelerating predictable pipelines for the sales team in the mid to long-term Develop and execute actionable content strategies that drive user awareness across the stages of problems, solutions, products and conversions and distribute via effective communication channels Develop and execute effective strategies to nurture, activate and convert leads into opportunities from our contact database by leveraging marketing automations, CRM, product onboarding, and other communications channels Manage marketing budgets and measure performances of both inbound and paid campaigns to optimize ROI and drive sustainable revenue growth Lead and support local growth marketing team in executing online / offline campaigns and events to promote brand visibility, product education and achieve MQL target across regions Collaborate closely with colleagues from Product, Partnership,CSM team to execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy to achieve scaled product growth You should be Strong knowledge and experience in B2B growth / acquisition marketing at B2B product company Strong domain knowledge in eCommerce ecosystem, digital growth,and SME segments understanding of financial products eg. Financing,Payments, Neobank is a plus Proven marketing management experience with ability to execute marketing initiatives, eg. writing blogs & email newsletters,organizing webinars/ seminars or launching PR activities etc. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to drive creative growth ideas Strong understanding in B2B marketing, demand generations,conversion funnels and product marketing Proactive team player and self-driver who can work under minimal supervision Passionate about startup and growth, specifically FinTech or financial services Strong spoken and written communication skills in English,understanding of Chinese is a plus Benefits At Choco Up, we value our people and believe that individual's successes make the company successful.
