What the role is:To assist with public phone enquiry handling, routing of public feedback received to relevant units, recording of media publications, and issuing of corporate gifts.What you will be working on:Public phone enquiry handling \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle all phone enquiries and feedback made to the Main enquiry and QSM hotlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promptly attend to all voice messages and missed calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide first-line attention to complaints and if necessary, alert/ escalate such cases to the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promptly alert and follow up with I&S on any phone connectivity issues encountered that may affect incoming public calls. FMS Feedback Administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Prompt handling and accurate routing of feedback in FMS, based on prior arrangement of the type of cases to handle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promptly alert and follow up with the FMS Support team on any system issues encountered that may affect the routing of cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the 6-monthly Sampling Checks. Media recording and administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Record relevant media publication in Media Hub. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise roster of media duties on a monthly basis. Corporate Gifts and Other Administrative Duties \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle the issuing of corporate gifts to requestors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to projects, events, and audits where applicable.What we are looking for:
