What the role is:To assist with public phone enquiry handling, routing of public feedback received to relevant units, recording of media publications, and issuing of corporate gifts.What you will be working on:Public phone enquiry handling Handle all phone enquiries and feedback made to the Main enquiry and QSM hotlines. Promptly attend to all voice messages and missed calls. Provide first-line attention to complaints and if necessary, alert/ escalate such cases to the team. Promptly alert and follow up with I&S on any phone connectivity issues encountered that may affect incoming public calls. FMS Feedback Administration Prompt handling and accurate routing of feedback in FMS, based on prior arrangement of the type of cases to handle. Promptly alert and follow up with the FMS Support team on any system issues encountered that may affect the routing of cases. Assist with the 6-monthly Sampling Checks. Media recording and administration Record relevant media publication in Media Hub. Organise roster of media duties on a monthly basis. Corporate Gifts and Other Administrative Duties Handle the issuing of corporate gifts to requestors. Provide administrative support to projects, events, and audits where applicable.What we are looking for:
