A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Lead assigned teams in the timely execution of project to delivery within budget with responsibility for high productivity and performance. Manage material resources efficiently and ensure profitability of assigned project/s. Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and solutions as required on project. Ensure high safety and quality standards are met. Adherence to safety practices in the workplace Value Add of Position Excellent client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with authorities like LTA & Consultants. Strong ability in cost management and driving profitability while remaining in compliance with safety and quality standards in accordance for civil projects. Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure project plans are implemented on a timely, efficient and effective basis. Qualifications and Education Requirements Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE board or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 15 years' engineering experience in delivering projects of magnitude in Civil projects. At least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design and Contracts Management. Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from start to hand over). Familiar with LTA project regulations and tender requirements.
