• Position: Senior Project Manager * Location: Ubi * Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm) * Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + Allowance + Variable Bonus * Duration: Position: Senior Project Manager Location: Ubi Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + Allowance + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Industry: Manufacturing and Construction Main Responsibilities: Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the Project team. Work closely with the team to plan and prepare for the successful delivery of upcoming projects, ensuring the sufficient resources to drive project controls are available. Collate, track, and validate project details for project cost and schedule Capture actual data to establish an accurate database of cost and schedule delivery Analyse results to develop trends and rules of thumb to improve project budgeting and pre-project planning Work closely with the Construction and Engineering team to constantly refine and enhance procedures and policies Identify risks and adverse influences that can impact the outcome of a project in order to develop realistic delivery plans and ensure that goals are met. Responsible to coordinate the change management process from the original scope of work. Monitor and facilitate the risk management process, participate in the elaboration of risk mitigation measures & seek opportunities (e.g., additional work) to prepare Cost Forecast and accurate Cash Flow for the Project. Ensure that the Project Manager is provided with support and advice on all aspects of Project Controls. Requirements: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only. At least Degree in Engineering and 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry. Good knowledge of Fire Protection System is preferred.
