Oversee implementation and improvement of IQC, IPQC, OQC process related to customer's products in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
Support Production on all quality-related activities, including working closely with Engineering and other applicable functions.
Participate in investigations and ensure CAPA findings, risks, recommendations, Non Conformances reporting and outcomes are appropriate and are clearly documented and communicated
Perform compliance reviews, as part of FAI, including safety, regulatory, environment compliance (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals) and risk assessment of potential source of supply.
Develop and maintain the QMS system. Work with teams to develop and revise procedures that comply with ISO 13485 QMS requirement.
Perform internal and external audit to compliance with QMS requirement
Monitor and maintain test instrument cablibration procedures and maintenance schedule.
Complie Weekly / Monthly quality performance reports, and various SPC (pFMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, 8D Report) when required.
Perform other duties/projects as required or assigned from time to time.
Requirements
At least 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing
At least 3 years of leadership experience
Able to lead a team of 3 quality engineers and 10 to 15 quality inspectors
Minimum Qualification level: Diploma
