Job Description
- Responsible for technical project leading, management and delivery, including resources planning, project implementation, application development, process/performance review, budget costing, etc
- Work closely with internal and external engineering teams including developers, solution architects, business analysts, etc, to establish project plan, project resources, project execution and post-implementation evaluations throughout the software development life cycle .
- Manager stakeholder’s expectation by understanding customers' needs and providing realistic expectations and scope of the projects.
- Manage and work closely with vendors, business partners and other parties involved in projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering
- Over 8 years of experience in managing IT projects and software/application development lifecycles
- Certified Project Manager : PMP, CITPM or PRINCE2.
- Familiar with DevOps, Cloud, understanding of Agile approach will be a good plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
