Job Description


  • Receive and acknowledge client emails and customer correspondence.
  • Provide the client with a quotation and update the system with the quoted job.
  • Initiate requisitions to suppliers and receive quotations in response.
  • Follow up with the client to obtain a purchase order.
  • Prepare quotations and dispatch them to the client.
  • Record received orders in the system.
  • Notify the logistics team to coordinate with the supplier for service/spares.
  • Upon arranging service/spares, coordinate with agents to ensure timely delivery to the vessel.
  • After completing the job, ensure the client receives the service report or Delivery Order (D.O), and obtain a signed copy from the vessel.
  • Update the system to reflect the completion of the job.
Follow-ups:
  • Reach out to customers to address queries for quoted items without confirmed orders.
  • Cancel unconfirmed queries upon client non-confirmation.
