Understand all program requirements and communicate requirements to all subcontractors. Maintain effective and timely communication with clients. Manage daily orders, ensure service level standards (SLA) are met and resolve services issues. Communicate effectively across all functional teams assigned to the program. Create orders and coordinate with logistics service providers and/or other sub-contractors utilized to support the client's program Attend con-calls and meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors Review subcontractors reports to ensure accuracy and jobs profitability. Prepare reports and settlements for billing. Support and assist the manager in coaching junior staff. Administration and purchasing support. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Diplomain related field. Prefer 5 years' relevant experience
