Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Service Logistics Analyst (APAC Region). This is an opportunity to join the number 1 Cyber Security companies in the world. We are looking for a motivated self-starter and an enthusiastic team player. It will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to grow with the company and expand their role within the organization. The position will report to the Service Logistics Manager in the Supply Chain Operations team. Candidates will be involved in all aspects of the RMA process with a strong emphasis on all aspects of the service supply chain.

Your Impact

  • Monitor, reconcile and correct any RMA issues in SAP
  • Ensure RMA information provided by TAC support team is accurate and resolve any discrepancies
  • Resolve all RMA discrepancies/escalations with outsourced 3rd Party Logistics Provider
  • Root Cause Corrective Activity Management with Palo Alto Networks 3rd Party Logistics Provider
  • Engage cross functionally with customer service, sales, finance and IT as it relates to Service Parts Logistics
  • Tactical escalation point for all things related to RMA service within the APAC region
  • May require site visitations to various partners throughout the APAC region
  • Report weekly, monthly and quarterly RMA delivery performance within the APAC region
  • Working knowledge of trade and compliance as it relates to cross border shipments
  • Assist in various service parts related projects as required
  • Responsible for daily email follow up pertaining to RMA status questions from both internal and external customers
  • Willing to be on call 24/7 to assist with customer escalations
  • Assist in new depot roll outs as required
  • Own, drive and manage continuous improvement projects with 3rd Party Logistics provider
Qualifications

Your Experience
  • 5+ years of related RMA processing and or Service Parts Logistics experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and GSuite preferred. Strong
  • Excel/Sheets skills required
  • Self-starting problem solver who can work independently
  • Passionate about providing a best in class RMA experience for Palo Alto Networks customers
  • Team player who can work cross-functionally
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce case/RMA management, is a plus
  • Diplomatic and thoughtful in responses
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to think outside the box to suggest RMA process and efficiencies improvements
