Job Description

/ Responsibilities: Desktop / Desktop Support Engineer

  • Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
  • Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware
  • Patching inventory management
  • IT Support setup classroom/lab
  • Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents that escalated
  • Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support, or issues resolution
  • Document & maintain the configuration of the systems Involved in client platform implementation/upgrade project
  • Training will be provided
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned/required
  • Candidate may need to report to a different location and may be deployed to other schools based on operation needs
  • Annual & medical leaves apply
Details of Working Hours Monday to Friday - 7:00 am to 4 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Including 1-hour lunch break), Saturday 7 am to 11:00 am if any maintenance is required. Not exceeding 44 hrs per week. Sunday is a Rest Day.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $1,649.00 - $2,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Desktop support: 1 year (Preferred)
