Job Description
Assisting the Station Manager - Responsible for the team working under him / her and will oversee the operations of the petrol station during the shift. Adequate training will be provided to ensure that he / she is well-versed with the job scope. Undergo intensive On-The-Job Training including in-house training programmes.
The shift manager responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure safety of workers and customers
- Ensure quality service delivery to customers
- Mitigate and resolve issues / feedbacks from customers
- Manage his / her team
- Procure and manage store inventory
- Ensure good condition and clean environment at the workplace
- Teach and guide his / her team members on work protocols and procedures
- Generate and implement ideas to promote sales.
