You will be part of a dynamic team involved in co-ordinating all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors to organise cargo and documentation for timely import/export/delivery. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and work within Singapore Customs Rules and regulations and other trade/regulatory requirements.

To achieve these objectives, you are expected to be highly independent, display initiative and be equipped with good coordination and communication skills to ensure all shipments are executed timely. Amongst others, key business deliverables are as follows:

• Prepare all required shipping documentation accurately and timely to facilitate on-time delivery.
• Prepare and submit permit/declarations to agencies for shipments.
• Attend to operations to ensure cargo is delivered safely and promptly to the designated locations.
• Monitor, follow-up, and track shipment arrival and delivery to destination.
• Prepare billing advice for completed shipments

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• Starting Pay min $2350 + allowances ($100 + $35)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x9d Levels with Pass in English and Mathematics
• 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and a highly-motivated team player
• Proficient in Office Productivity Tools such as Microsoft Office
• Knowledge/Background of Freight and/or Cargo Clearance Permit declaration (Preferred but not necessary)
