Shipping Assistant / 9 am to 6 pm / 5 days
Equivalent and above with working experience in Freight Forwarding / Import & Export / Logistics / Shipping, etc.
Computer knowledge of *TRADE-NET System* & Microsoft Office Skills.
Ability to work as Team member or independently with minimum supervision
JOB SCOPE;
- Provide support to Customers on logistics enquiries.
- Handle and process import/export shipping documents.
- Co-ordinate shipments, delivery schedule and clearing of Contractors cargos and other logistics related workflow.
- Prepare weekly inventory report, inventory management updates, and verify freight invoices & billing Clients.
- Manage daily activities for internal and 3RD PARTY warehouse.
