Summary

• Up to $2900
• 5.5 days
• 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Changi North
• Profit Sharing up to 2 months, 14 days AL

Responsibility

• Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying inspection status.
• Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
• Handling receiving document.
• Supporting warehousing duties when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d level/Professional Certificate/NiTEC
• Computer literate; familiar with SAP system
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred in a Warehouse/Logistic industry
