Shipping Coordinator
Job Description
Attend to customers' enquiries, concerns and issues on freight services; Process orders from customers and prepare shipping documents; Prepare billing to customers; Perform cargo acceptance documentation and handle customs clearance processing according to industry standards or sector requirements; Organize cargo documentation process according to industry standards or sector.Requirements. Proficient in Microsoft words & excel.. Responsible working attitude. Able to work in a fast pace environment..
