- Handle shipping documentation and process
- Attending to customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries and feedback
- Follow-up and advice customer on shipment status
- Attend correspondence with loading port agent
- Handle permit declaration via Tradenet
- Assist in ensuring smooth running in operations
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
